　もう始まることはないんじゃないかとすら思ってた図書館業界のサグラダ・ファミリアこと、SARLIBの図書館等公衆送信補償金制度、つまりは図書館から文献複写をメールで送るかわりに補償金を払うよ、という制度が、ようやっとのことで参加館登録の受付が始まった（2025/1/22）とのことで、これを記念して、参加登録してこのサービスを始めるには何が必要で何をしなきゃならんのかというのが、あちこちのわかりにくい文書にわかりにくく散らばっててわからないもんだから、ちまちまと関連文献から要件を拾い集めて自分勝手にまとめたメモを、せっかくだからネットの海に放ちてみるというものです。あくまで極私的に、うちとこにとって必要そうな肝になりそうなところのみをまとめたものなので、役に立つ、立たない、公式を要再確認、あたりはご自身でお願いいたします。
